Zac Goodman is Managing Partner of Interface Properties, overseeing all facets of the firm’s business, including acquisitions strategy, portfolio growth, construction, investor relations, operations, and long-term planning. During his tenure, Interface has adopted an agile and technology-forward approach to management and evaluation, expanded into new asset classes and investment structures, and deepened its operational capabilities.

Zac began his career in 2011 as a retail analyst before launching Goodmar Capital in 2013, where he provided private mortgages and special-situation financing for real estate transactions throughout Southern California. He joined Interface Properties in 2017 in an acquisitions role, leading the sourcing and evaluation of land, existing properties, operating businesses, and real estate securities for both in-house development and tenant-driven initiatives. He advocated for Interface’s expansion into the multifamily sector in 2020 and has since spearheaded several mission-critical initiatives, including the firm’s LIHTC certification for affordable housing.

A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Zac earned a bachelor’s degree along with Certificates of Excellence in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship. He holds a Florida Certified Building Contractor license, reflecting his hands-on command of the development process from entitlement through construction completion. Outside the office, he is a competitive golfer and commercial pilot with multi-engine, jet-type, and instrument-instructor ratings. A former mini-tour golfer, Zac brings a competitive edge and a constant drive to refine, innovate, and push the business forward.

Kenneth Goodman is Founding Partner of Interface Properties, bringing more than four decades of real estate, development, and investment experience to the organization. Today, he works closely with the executive team to guide the firm’s long-term strategy, expansion into new asset classes, and continued generational growth.

A graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Ken began his real estate career as a broker with Coldwell Banker & Company before transitioning into development in 1983—laying the foundation for the entrepreneurial path that ultimately led to Interface Properties. Since founding the company in 1990, Ken has overseen the development of more than 8 million square feet of commercial property across 20 states. His hands-on approach and strong financial discipline continue to shape Interface’s multi-decade track record of successful developments, strategic investments, and enduring client relationships.

Kathy Redpath serves as Chief Financial Officer of Interface Properties, bringing more than two decades of financial leadership, operational discipline, and real estate expertise to the firm. Since joining Interface in 2003, she has played a central role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation—streamlining financial systems, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency across the portfolio.

In her day-to-day leadership, Kathy oversees all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements while managing budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to maximize ROI. She also directs the full spectrum of accounting activities and leads financial analysis and reporting for investors and lenders, delivering clarity and transparency that support informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Interface Properties, Kathy worked in commercial real estate development, gaining hands-on experience in project management, budget tracking, proforma development, financial reporting, and lender draw coordination. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and, outside the office, enjoys Pilates, team sports, and photography.

As director of property management for Interface Properties, Julia Mulcahy oversees the daily operations of the firm’s portfolio of multifamily, affordable and off-campus student housing communities. She brings nearly a decade of experience in leasing, distressed turnarounds, renovations, marketing, and day-to-day operations, and manages a lean, high-performing team that delivers exceptional results for residents and financial stakeholders.

Julia launched her property management career during college, working as a community assistant for an off-campus student housing community. After graduation, she spent two years with RAM Partners, advancing from leasing agent to assistant property manager before joining Interface Properties in 2020. Since then, she has played a key role in the firm’s transition into the multifamily space, and her deep experience with leasing and resident-focused operations continues to inform and strengthen Interface’s acquisition strategy.

A graduate of Florida State University, Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT).

Brianna Capparelli serves as Leasing Manager for Interface Properties, where she oversees the full leasing lifecycle across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Since joining the company in 2022, she has become a key point of contact for prospective and current residents – managing applications, executing leases, tracking occupancy and leasing activity, and coordinating with property teams to ensure work orders and resident needs are addressed promptly. Prior to joining Interface, Brianna spent 13 years in the hospitality industry, honing her strong customer-service and communication skills.

Outside of work, Brianna serves as President of the National Wheelchair Disabled Veterans Association (NWDVA), a nonprofit that raises funds to provide disabled veterans with excursions and experiences through the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College, and is passionate about art – particularly painting – and exploring food and drink culture.
