Kenneth Goodman, Managing Partner, earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA. Ken began his real estate career as a broker with then Coldwell Banker & Company, branching off to begin his development career in 1983. He founded Interface Properties in 1990 and has since developed over 8,000,000 square feet of commercial property in over 20 states with over 40 national tenants, establishing the firm as a major nationwide player in the commercial retail industry.
Zachary Goodman | Partner
Zachary Goodman earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with certificates of excellence in Real Estate Finance and Development. Zachary manages the Acquisitions team, which handles acquiring land, existing businesses, and other forms of real estate securities for both Interface's development needs and those of its tenant clients.
Zachary Goodman's team leads a fast pace for Interface's due diligence, leading to quicker closings and a higher rate of deal flow.
Kathy Redpath | Chief Financial Officer
Kathy Redpath earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Kathy has been with Interface Properties in varied roles for over 20 years. Having developed expertise in all aspects of Interface Properties' business, Kathy naturally progressed into the position of Chief Financial Officer. This role includes budgeting, taxation, and financing for Interface's development projects nationwide.
Tyler Carbonelli | Acquisitions
Tyler Carbonelli earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University. Prior to Interface Properties, Mr. Carbonelli successfully brokered 75+ multifamily transactions totaling more than 1,400 units and $200 million in sales volume. He brings extensive experience in multi-family investment sales, value-add advisory, financial market analysis, and transaction management.
Tyler’s primary focus is business development through sourcing on- and off-market acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast United States.
MARY DAMERON MILLIKEN | General COUNSEL
Mary Dameron Milliken earned a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Wofford College and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mary has concentrated her practice in real estate transactions, development, and litigation law.
During her legal career, she has primarily worked with commercial and residential real estate developers. Mary Dameron Milliken now serves as General Counsel to Interface, overseeing the legal team handling leasing, legal due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, and all matters contractual.

Lenne' Prussiano has been providing market research and customized support to the commercial real estate industry since 1997. Utilizing the most advanced and respected data partners, Lenne's team develops, proposes, and creates materials used in both marketing and internal research. These products include marketing brochures, detailed aerials, real estate committee site presentation packages, demographic maps, and offering memorandums (OM's) for the wide-ranging needs of Interface Properties.
