Bob Evans Portfolio Acquisition
In October 2017, Interface Properties acquired 23 existing Bob Evans stores. Each of those properties is being redeveloped with retailers such as Panera Bread, Aspen Dental, McAllister's Deli, IHOP, Jason's Deli, Sheetz Oil, Splash in Car Wash, First Watch Cafe, and Zoe's Kitchen. It is expected that all 23 properties will be liquidated in 2019 with fully stabilized rental streams for a value in excess of $50,000,000.
