Duties included land acquisition, re-zoning, development, and disposition of all sites throughout 12 states with over 20 governing municipalities. All of the sites are adjacent to Walmart Supercenters, a business model which has served Murphy well. All 35 properties were liquidated by the end of 2017 for $53,000,000.
